Project Manager

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision. Project managers are needed on a wide variety of projects, including construction, IT, HR, and marketing.

Estimator

The Project Estimator is responsible for deciding the projected time frame needed to complete a project and additional factors like labor needs, materials, budgets and potential setbacks. Their duties include communicating with personnel and contractual professionals or vendors, using computer software to weigh production risks or compile reports and making presentations to project leaders outlining their suggestions for upcoming projects.

Stucco Applicator

The Stucco Applicator is responsible for a wide variety of duties that include the ability to apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings, using trowels, brushes, or spray guns.

Painter

Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coats on walls for residential homes and commercial buildings.

Drywall Hanger

Responsibilities include planning, repairing, and installing drywall to cover walls, ceilings, and movable partitions in homes and business spaces.

Finisher

Responsibilities include using tape and plaster to join drywall panels, finish seal joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls/ceilings in preparation for painting or treatment.
